FOCUS ON YOUR TERRAIN

For the first fifty years of my life, I ate the SAD way, (standard American diet) and had no attraction to alternative food and beverage options. I visited AMA doctors and had never set foot in a natural health oriented clinic of any kind. I become a coffee roaster ten years previous and owned a coffeehouse pub bakery offering standard American fare rift with chemicals and preservatives. My conversion from mainstream American food and health practices was dramatic, similar to a “come to Jesus” conversion. I am now 65 years old and healthier than I’ve ever been in my life, in spite of my age. My life changes were inspired more by learning true science and true faith which could only be realized by uncovering the hidden history of past ages. Science and education today has most everything backwards. What follows is a thumbnail sketch of my life changes:
