Returns Policy

Our Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Here are the details of our return policy:

  • Returns and Refunds:

    • You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return a product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
    • Please note that the refund amount may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned product.
    • If the product is not defective, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
 
  • Filters:

    • Once filters have been used, they are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
    • Defective filters will be replaced at no additional cost.
 
  • Free Shipping:

    • For products with Free Shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount, unless the product is defective, as shipping costs are an incurred expense.
 
  • Filter Adjustments:

    • It is normal for some systems to require filter adjustments based on a post lab report, considering the widely varying water dynamics.
    • If necessary, we will cover the cost of sending out a replacement filter.
 
  • Customer Cooperation:

    • If filter adjustments are needed, we encourage customers to work with Greenfield Water to address any issues.
    • If a customer prefers to return the system instead of working on filter adjustments, the refund will be based on the condition of the system.
    • Please note that filters are not eligible for a refund in this case.
 
  • Lost and Stolen Packages
    • Greenfield Water Solutions is not responsible for packages stolen or lost. We highly advise utilizing Route Protection available at the checkout for a nominal fee, which will cover any theft or loss of packages very quickly. They will also cover and breakages as a result of shipping.

If you purchased product from a dealer, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your product to initiate the return process. Authorization is required before returning any products sold from the Greenfield Water Solutions website or from an authorized dealer.
