  • Shipping delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

USA Delivery Service Carriers

  • USPS 1st Class Package for all packages under 15.999 ounces
  • USPS Priority Mail for all packages 1 lb. and over
  • FedEx or UPS for all domestic packages over 8 pounds and over.

International Package Services & Stipulations

  • Shipping options for international orders may be by USPS, FedEx or DHL.
  • Responsibility and liability for international shipments will be incurred by the customer.
  • In the event the web store assesses international shipping charges below actual cost of postage, the customer will be billed for extra charges.
  • In the event  international shipping/handling charges on your invoice are below actual cost to ship, you will be refunded for extra charges.

Shipment options are determined based on weight and location.

Arrival dates are based off of the shipping order cutoff time of 3:00 pm PST and are subject to payment approval. All delivery times are based on business days (Monday – Friday) and exclude holidays. Special considerations may incur additional delivery time; see our shipping terms below for further details.

** Domestic delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either USPS or FedEx. Free Shipping (when available) utilizes Priority mail 2-3 Days, 1st Class  or FedEx.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will ship via DHL.
