With in-depth expertise in our systems and a sharp problem-solving mindset, Jordan supports both customers and team members alike. Marshall Bouwman
Head of Manufacturing and DistributionMarshall has been part of Greenfield Water since the early days in 2018 and brings unmatched experience and care to everything he does. He oversees our entire shop—assembling, packaging, and shipping every product with precision. Marshall also works closely with our suppliers, and provides essential tech support for our products. Reliable, hands-on, and deeply committed, he’s the glue that holds our operations together and keeps things running smoothly in the warehouse.
Arleigh Bouwman
Executive Operations AssistantArleigh joined our team in 2021 and wears many hats with grace and grit. She manages our Affiliate Program, provides excellent customer support, and assists with high-level operations including finances and executive tasks. Arleigh is both professional and warm, bringing calm focus and careful attention to every task she takes on. We count on her for a lot—and she delivers every time.

Customer Engagement and Social Media SpecialistRosie became part of the team in 2024 and quickly became the creative force behind our social media presence. She not only supports our customers but also designs and manages all of our content across platforms. With a keen eye for detail and a strong connection to our community, Rosie helps us stay authentic and engaging. Chief Operations OfficerWesley has been with us since 2023 and plays a key role in keeping the entire operation on track. He manages our finances, product development, distributor relationships, and helps steer the company’s daily rhythm. Chief Executive OfficerThe daughter of founder Gary Greenfield, Ængel stepped into Greenfield Water in 2022 beginning as a customer service representative and social media manager. Today, she leads the company as CEO while remaining deeply involved in everything from product development and branding to customer support and creative direction. Ængel’s heart is fully in this work—she’s not only committed to delivering honest, effective water filtration systems, but also to nurturing a company culture rooted in integrity, connection, and care.
