Many Greenfield Water Solutions products are designed for straightforward homeowner installation, while others may be better suited for installation by a qualified plumbing professional depending on your plumbing configuration and experience level.

The purchaser and/or installer is responsible for ensuring the system is installed properly and in accordance with all provided instructions, local plumbing codes, and applicable regulations.
Important: Never leave a newly installed, recently serviced, or recently modified filtration system unattended until all connections have been inspected and verified to be leak-free.
Greenfield Water Solutions is not responsible for leaks, flooding, water damage, property damage, personal injury, or system malfunctions resulting from improper installation, incorrect plumbing practices, failure to follow installation instructions, failure to inspect the system after installation or maintenance, or failure to seek assistance when needed.
Greenfield Water Solutions systems are engineered, tested, and warrantied as complete systems using approved Greenfield Water Solutions components.
While certain Greenfield Water Solutions filters or components may physically fit other manufacturers’ housings or filtration systems, we cannot guarantee performance, sealing integrity, flow characteristics, contaminant reduction, or compatibility in systems that have not been designed or vetted by Greenfield Water Solutions. Use of our filters or components in non-approved systems is done at the user’s own risk.
Likewise, modifying a Greenfield Water Solutions system — including substituting housings, fittings, valves, adapters, cartridges, O-rings, or other components with non-approved parts — may affect system performance and sealing integrity.
Damage, leaks, or failures resulting from modified systems, non-approved replacement parts, or the use of Greenfield Water Solutions filters in third-party systems are not covered under warranty.
Greenfield Water Solutions warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and when installed and maintained according to our instructions.
