⏎ Unused Products

• Unused items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee (for non-defective products).

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• Product Condition: Refunds may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned item.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items. For defective products (as verified by our technical team), we’ll provide a return label and issue a full refund once received.

📅 Returns After 30 Days

Returns beyond 30 days are handled case-by-case. If approved, refunds may be adjusted based on the product’s condition and applicable shipping fees.

⚠️ Customer Errors

Products ordered incorrectly or damaged due to misuse (e.g., dropping, improper installation, ignoring manual guidelines) are not eligible for free return shipping or replacement.

💧 Gravity Feed Filters

• Filters broken within 30 days will be replaced free of charge.

• After 30 days, broken filters are non-returnable.

• Used filters are only eligible for refund or replacement if deemed defective by our technical team.

• Filters damaged by hot water, soap, dropping, or red dye testing are not covered.

🧪 Filter Adjustments

Some systems may need filter adjustments based on water quality. If test results (from comprehensive labs like SimpleLab) show a mismatch, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement filter.

• Note: We do not accept strip, TDS, or dye tests for adjustments.

• If a system is returned instead of adjusted, any refund will depend on the condition of components. Used filters are non-refundable in these cases.

We’re happy to help troubleshoot and offer solutions—but refunds and returns aren’t available if the support process is declined.
