Warranty & Return Policy

At Greenfield Water Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is our standard warranty and return policy, with specific terms based on the type of product:


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an unused product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • Refund amounts may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned product.
  • Non-defective products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • To initiate a return, email info@greenfieldwater.com with your order number and reason for return.

Filter Cartridges

Includes gravity feed, whole home, and undersink filters

Warranty: 30 days from the date of delivery

We guarantee your filter cartridges will arrive in new condition and perform as expected when installed according to our guidelines. This warranty does not cover normal wear from use or performance decline due to water quality or time-based degradation.


System Housings

Includes whole home and undersink housings

Warranty: 5 years

Covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from freezing, improper installation, excessive pressure, neglect, or misuse.


Gravity Feed Systems

Ceramic or composite gravity-fed filtration units sold as complete systems

Warranty: 2 years

This warranty includes the housing, lid, spigot, and other structural components. Filter cartridges are covered separately under the 30-day filter warranty.


Legacy Systems

Systems sold prior to Greenfield Water Solutions’ change in ownership in 2024

Warranty: No longer under warranty

While these systems are no longer covered under our standard warranty policy, we deeply value our long-time customers. We’ll do our best to provide support, which may include troubleshooting assistance, discounts on upgrades to current systems, or referrals to the original manufacturer for replacement parts or maintenance.

Warranty Voiding Conditions

  • The product is not installed according to manufacturer specifications.
  • The product is dropped, exposed to excessive heat, or used outdoors without sun protection.
  • The product is mishandled, modified, or used in environments not recommended.
  • Filters are not changed at least once per year.

Limitations to Product Liability

Greenfield Water Solutions is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Improper application or installation
  • Misinterpretation of use or maintenance directions
  • Human error
