Research has shown time and again that, (as in all pharmaceuticals), when creating a product that is contrary to natural processes, the short term benefits will always be accompanied by long term harmful side effects. Alkaline water can also be created by exposing water to similar minerals in a controlled environment such as a mineral pitcher or cartridge. Both of these methods produce stable, health enhancing, alkaline pH water which is the kind of water our bodies thrive on. A third way of creating alkaline water is accomplished without minerals using electricity to split the water molecules and create an artificially alkaline water. As it turned out, my hunch was right. After a few months of research and a trip to Asia to prove it out, I returned to this group of Kangen Water devotees to pit my fifty dollar mineral water pitcher acquired in South Korea against their multi-thousand dollar electric water ioniser.

The refreshing, alkaline ionised water created by my inexpensive mineral pitcher not only matched but exceeded the performance of their outrageously over priced Kangen machine… and it was all done naturally, mimicking what happens in nature every day through the hydrological cycle!

This experience was one of many over the years which have shown me the immense value of listening to and following my intuition in my efforts to comprehend the mysterious and inexplicable forces of nature and the power they hold to sustain and enhance life on earth.

The concept behind ionising or electrolysing water machines is good in that it is increasing the availability of hydrogen and oxygen to the body.

The question is, “Can this be done naturally without the aid of electricity which shocks the water into a “healthy water” state?

These machines are no different than pharmaceuticals in that Big Pharma takes a plant, extracts specific components, creating something not naturally occurring and is thus able to patent it and call it, “their invention or creation”.

In the same way, electrolyzing water machines don’t mimic nature but override nature. When nature is mimicked, the process is typically not expensive in that nature is extremely effective, efficient and economical in all its practices and has been for thousands of years and that is why we’re still here living, breathing and enjoying life.

There are natural ways to create, ‘healthy water” which have the benefit of being inexpensive and efficient processes. These natural processes don’t require manmade electricity although nature does use electrical and magnetic processes to create healthy water.

In nature, water is enhanced, energized and structured using electromagnetism. Vortexing has multiple functions to support and enhance the uptake of energy into water.

The study provides clinical proof that hydrogen ions produced by running water over magnesium are effective and powerful antioxidants….not anecdotal evidence….clinical evidence. The exact wording from the summary of the study is as follows:

“The consumption of hydrogen rich water for 8 weeks resulted in a 39% increase (p<0.05) in antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) and a 43% decrease (p<0.05) in thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) in urine. Further, subjects demonstrated an 8% increase in high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and a 13% decrease in total cholesterol/HDL cholesterol from baseline to 4 weeks.

What does this mean? The study showed that participants who drank hydrogen rich water demonstrated a massive increase in the antioxidant enzyme (SOD) and a massive decrease in acid in the urine (TBARS). In addition, participants showed a significant increase in HDL the “good cholesterol”, and a significant decrease in the “bad cholesterol”.
