Description
3-Stage Whole-Home Filtration — Streamlined Natural Protection
A more compact, budget-friendly whole-home system built to the same high standards as the PureSync Home. Third-party tested to NSF/ANSI standards for reduction of chlorine, lead, PFAS, fluoride, VOCs & more — while maintaining natural minerals.
- Three-stage design delivers robust contaminant reduction for small-to-medium homes.
- Reduces PFAS, fluoride, chlorine, lead, VOCs, pesticides & more.
- Includes four pre-filters for extended lifespan and sediment protection.
- Typical filter life: 6–12 months per stage (usage & water quality dependent).
3-Stage Natural Filtration
- Stage 1 — Sediment Pre-Filter: captures rust, sand, & debris for system protection.
- Stage 2 — Nano-Filtration Media: targets heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine & pathogens.
- Stage 3 — Activated Carbon Blend: broad-spectrum reduction of VOCs, PFAS, pesticides & organics.

Enhanced Protection at the Tap
- Additional precision filtration for trace contaminants at the point of use.
- Improved taste & clarity for drinking & cooking water.
- Whole-home plus undersink combination ensures every drop meets high standards.
Undersink systems are typically installed by a plumber, though homeowners can DIY if comfortable.
Safe Materials. Ethical Manufacturing.
- Components sourced from the United States & Europe
- Independently tested for leaching; food-grade and BPA-free
- Ethically made, built for durability and long-term compatibility
Set-Up & Maintenance
- Licensed plumber recommended (Greenfield does not provide installation)
- Indoor installation only (garage/utility) — not for sun exposure or freezing temps
- Filters typically replaced every 6–12 months
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers below apply to both PureSync Home (4-Stage) and PureSync Home Lite (3-Stage), with notes where they differ.
Can the system be installed outside?
No. Install indoors only, such as a garage, utility room, or basement. Sunlight and weather can degrade housings and promote algae growth; freezing temperatures can damage equipment.
Will my water pressure or flow slow down?
Whole-home systems are engineered for high flow and typical household pressure. Most homes see no noticeable change when installed to spec.
Does the system soften the water?
No. PureSync systems are not water softeners and do not remove beneficial minerals. If softening is desired, a softener can be installed separately in series.
What contaminants do the systems address?
Both models are third-party tested to NSF/ANSI standards for broad-spectrum reduction. Categories include:
- Chlorine and chloramine
- VOCs and THMs
- PFAS such as PFOA and PFOS
- Fluoride
- Heavy metals including lead and mercury
- Pesticides, herbicides, and industrial solvents
- Pharmaceuticals and personal-care residues
- Microbial cysts (Giardia, Cryptosporidium)
- Sediment, rust, and turbidity
Reduction levels are based on controlled third-party lab testing; actual performance varies with local water chemistry, flow, and maintenance.
How do the PureSync Home and Home Lite differ?
Both share premium materials, high flow, and the same contact time. The difference is configuration:
- PureSync Home (4-Stage): includes an additional carbon polishing stage for enhanced taste and expanded reduction of PFAS, VOCs, and emerging contaminants.
- PureSync Home Lite (3-Stage): streamlined design with one fewer main contaminant filter while maintaining flow and contact time. Ideal for customers seeking compact, budget-friendly whole-home coverage.
Capacity guidance: up to 3 bathrooms (4 in some cases), subject to household size and usage.
Why pair a whole-home system with an undersink filter?
Whole-home filtration protects every fixture and appliance. An undersink filter adds a final, point-of-use precision stage at the kitchen tap where water is consumed most. Customers choose this for extra confidence on trace contaminants and optimal taste.
How often should I replace filters?
Typically every 6–12 months per stage, depending on use and water quality. Replace sooner if you notice changes in flow, taste, or odor, or if a chlorine test strip reads positive.
How do I know when it’s time to replace filters?
- Noticeable reduction in flow at fixtures
- Change in taste or odor
- Positive chlorine strip test at a tap downstream of the system
Do I need a plumber to replace filters?
No. The replacement process is homeowner-friendly. Many customers DIY, while others prefer a plumber for convenience.
Who installs the system?
We recommend installation by a licensed plumber. Greenfield does not provide installation services.
What warranty and returns apply?
- Returns: 30 days for unused products; restocking may apply; shipping excluded. Contact info@greenfieldwater.com.
- Filter cartridges: 30-day warranty from delivery for new-condition arrival and expected performance when installed to guidelines.
- System housings: 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes freezing, improper installation, excessive pressure, neglect, or misuse.
What kind of long-term support can I expect?
Ongoing, responsive support for troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance questions. System housings are designed for broad compatibility with current and future high-performance filters that meet our standards, helping your system evolve with filtration advances.
